2. What Wrplus.health is
Wrplus.health is an independent editorial comparison and information platform, and an introducer of prospective customers to licensed insurance brokers. Wrplus.health is not an insurance broker, insurance agent, insurer, or financial or medical advisor. We do not issue, underwrite, administer, or sign insurance policies, and we do not collect premiums.
3. No personalised advice
All content on this site is general information. It is not personalised insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. You remain solely responsible for your insurance decisions.
4. How referrals work
If you ask us to, we may introduce you to a licensed insurer or broker that fits your profile. Any insurance contract is entered into solely between you and that insurer or broker. Wrplus.health is not a party to that contract and bears no responsibility for its performance.
5. Referral fees and independence
We may receive a referral fee from a partner when you take out a policy through an introduction we make. This fee never changes the price you pay. We maintain editorial independence: we recommend the plan that fits your profile, even when it does not pay us.
6. No warranty
Information is provided "as is" and "as available". Insurer prices, coverage, and terms change frequently; while we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logo, and structure — belongs to Wrplus OÜ. You may not copy, scrape, or republish it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrplus.health is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, your insurance decisions, or any dispute between you and an insurer or broker. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms. We will post changes on this site; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia or by arbitration, as applicable. Operational matters relating to Thailand-licensed insurance activity are governed by Thai law as applicable.
